Page

If you want to share a message without needing a reply, the Page type is ideal. Use it to add a quote or inspirational message. It's perfect for an opening statement, a pause or an introduction to the next section. It's basically just an everyday web page.

Single Choice

This is the best choice if the question implies only one answer.

Multiple Choice

Use this type if you want to offer a range of answers to a question, or if you want participants to rank the answers in a particular order.

Text

If you need a short written response, this is the option for you. It can be anything from the respondent's name to a more detailed description.

Email

This type will only accept correctly formatted email addresses (e.g. xxxx@yyy.zzz). If someone enters text in the wrong format, a warning message will appear asking them to correct it.

Rating

Allows respondents to rate items, making it easy to capture quantifiable feedback. This is perfect for quickly measuring satisfaction, quality or other measurable attributes, helping you to identify trends and areas for improvement.
