Integrations are located under the “Integrations” tab in the project settings. Integrations are made possible by Zapier, a service Showroom is partnered with. You need to be registered in Zapier. To see the project’s integrations, connect to Zapier using the "Connect to Zapier" button.
Integrations are carried out by Zapier. Zapier has a limit of 100 integration runs a month on the free plan (”tasks” in Zapier terms). More runs require a paid plan. An integration run is triggered once the respondent submits the last interactive question. This means partial completions are do not trigger the integration. However, completions which exit early via conditional last screen are still considered full, and are sent to the integration.
Integration should be enabled before the survey is launched to audience, because in Zapier there is no way to send pre-existing responses to the integration in one go.
Although integrations should be set up beforehand, before to launching the survey to its audience, it is required to have at least one test response prior to to creating and testing an integration.
There are five popular templates in “Integrations” tab: Gmail, Google Sheets, Intercom, Notion and Slack. These integrations can be set up without leaving Showroom. If you want to connect with one of them, click on the template and follow the wizard. Integrations with other apps are available under the "More integrations at Zapier" link at Zapier website.

For example, to connect Showroom to Google Sheets, first create a spreadsheet with columns and give them names. On the "Select the fields..." screen, select all those columns, then on the "Map fields..." screen, map the survey fields onto the spreadsheet and in the end of the wizard enable the integration. In Zapier terms, the integration is called "zap".
Emails are built into Showroom. That is, if you plan to send emails to respondents and those emails are without complex formatting, you don't need another app for them. Emails are set up in Project Settings. Read the emails help article.
